I started this blog as a way to show everyone that good vegan food can not only be healthy, but also cheap and appealing to everyone. Food is a great way to express ourselves and to fuel our bodies to be the best they can be.
I have a bachelor of science degree in food and nutrition, applied nutrition (completion May 2012). With this degree, and my passion for plant-based lifestyles, I plan to educate others on how to live life to the fullest by treating our bodies with respect, love and care.
