Cashew Cream and Banana Milkshake
Serves 1
1/2-3/4 cup raw almond milk, depending on how thick or thin you like it
2 Tbsp. WHV Raw Cinnamon Cashew Spread (recipe follows)
1 tsp. shredded and dried coconut, unsweetened
3/4 cup frozen banana
4 ice cubes
Directions:
Put all into a Vita-mix and let that baby do it’s job!! Pour into a nice big glass and enjoy! Spring’s almost here I swear…

Raw Cinnamon Cashew Spread
Yields about 2 1/2 cups
1/3 cup chia seeds
2 1/3 cups raw cashews, soaked for about 30 minutes
3 tsp. cinnamon
4 dates
2/3 cups water
2 Tbsp. hemp oil
3/4 cup raw almond milk
Directions:
In a Vita-mix or food processor, grind the chia seeds into a powder.
Add the rest of the ingredients, according to your manufacturers instructions, and blend, stirring frequently and being careful not to overheat your machine.
